Here, we will introduce the effects of this implementation. ■ Background of Implementation - A sense of crisis regarding the production system's reliance on veteran workers for assembly and wiring tasks and the intensifying competition among control panel manufacturers. - Promotion of standardization in work to enhance the efficiency of younger and novice workers. ■ Reasons for Adopting WIRE CAM DX - Demands from various departments for the introduction of electrical CAD and automatic wire processing machines led to the selection of ECAD DCX and WIRE CAM DX, which allow for collaboration between design and manufacturing. ■ Effects After Implementation - Over 90% of orders are processed using data created with WIRE CAM DX. - Manufacturing of custom items has become possible for anyone. - The assembly and wiring workforce in the manufacturing department has been increased by 10 new employees. - Wire usage has been reduced by 30%. - Easier inventory management due to the ability to understand wire usage before wiring. - A significant reduction in inquiries from manufacturing to design.
